AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and TRRB (Pty) Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the geeks@trrb.co.za
website, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

Supplemental terms or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are incorporated by reference. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of such changes.

We strive to accurately display product information but do not guarantee completeness or accuracy. Products are subject to availability and prices may change without notice.

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). You authorize us to charge your payment provider for approved purchases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

ADVERTISERS

Advertisers are responsible for their content. TRRB provides advertising space only and assumes no responsibility for advertised products or services.

We reserve the right to monitor, restrict, or remove content and to manage the Site to protect our rights and ensure proper operation.

PRIVACY POLICY

Use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the processing of your data in South Africa.

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration seated in Soweto, South Africa, conducted in English, under South African law, except where injunctive or intellectual property relief is sought.

DISCLAIMER

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TRRB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold TRRB harmless from claims arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

USER DATA

We perform routine backups but are not liable for loss or corruption of user data.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

You consent to electronic communications and agree that electronic records satisfy legal requirements.

MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.
